It was pleasantly delightful checking in with United Airlines at London Heathrow (LHR). The baggage claim facility at United Airlines LHR Terminal, where I came a little promptly, was well-staffed and had beneficial signage. I appeared a little lost, so one of the agents graciously gestured for me to come help.
